Search, or click the map, to see well permits.
Permits are provided as a reference. Please contact the Health Department if there are questions about the septic system(s), the structures served, the history or limitations of the parcel, or the potential to add structures or use to the property.
If you can't find a septic permit for a particular parcel or address, please contact us. We may be able to locate it using different search methods, or we can talk about what it means for that specific parcel to not have a permit record.
Use the search box in the upper right for a physical address, parcel geocode (dashes and the leading 04 are optional), parcel owner or tax ID, or a septic or well permit number or permit owner. Pick a suggestion to go there. The arrow at the left of the box limits the search to one kind.
Click anywhere to see the parcel's property information and any septic permits, well permits, site evaluations, arsenic/nitrate reports and groundwater reports. Click a septic or well point to open that permit directly.
Each permit links to its scanned PDF. Use Show on map to circle a permit or monitoring site.
The upper-right toolbar opens the permit panel, layers (with legend and basemaps) and print, and clears highlights. Below it are zoom, home, your location and previous extent. The lower-left toolbar has help, measure and the compass.
Print creates an 8½ × 11 PDF (portrait or landscape) or a JPG of the map view. A link to the file appears when it's done.
